Blissful Beauty opened its doors in 2016 as a quaint, 3 treatment room day spa in Deep River, CT that recently flourished & tripled in size due to the abundance of love & support from our local community. Filled with amazing energy & light, we made our forever nest here in Essex, CT. We have designed our space to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Being a part of such a quaint community, we take a extra special pride in our work & look forward to each clients arrival, both new & returning. We take pleasure in getting to know our clients & remembering them for future visits. Each member of our team is throughly licensed & trained to the highest degree to help you feel at ease, kick up your feet & truly relax while we take care of everything else.

Fallon listened to my concerns, addressed any questions I had, and made sure to take a close look at my skin prior to beginning. She then customized my facial to my individual skin and needs. Today was my 2nd treatment with Lana. The therapies she offers is not something you’ll find just anywhere. MPS uses little currents and seems to be very effective on chronic pain. After todays session I was feeling VERY calm, I mean like completely ZEN. Lana is very knowledgeable and explains everything along the way, plus has provided me excellent resources to use on my home to aid in my progress. Highly recommend you give her a try!

Update on Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Clients,
At Blissful Beauty Day Spa, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. As part of our commitment to quality service, we are updating our cancellation policy to better serve you.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing us. While your relaxation is our priority, we still must cover an often uncomfortable topic about payments & missed appointments.
Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 48-hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If you miss or do not show up at "your time," please be aware that you will be charged a cancellation fee for missed appointments; including rescheduled appointments. For example; you have a facial scheduled on August 8th at 10 AM and at 8:45 AM you call and say you need to reschedule because you have a sunburn. While we always try to be understanding of things that come up; we have had far too many no shows and last minute cancellations happen. Our staff is commission based and only gets paid when they have clients scheduled; (just imagine showing up to work a full 8 hour day to find out you're not getting paid). These cancellations can truly hurt our small business and the providers livelihood, tremendously.
Our reminder notifications go out 72 hours prior to your appointment via text and email (IF YOU OPT IN); giving you a full day before having to notify us of any changes. We also send two more reminders after as a courtesy to you.
Going forward, same day cancellations/rescheduling will result in a 50% charge of each service booked that day. For example; you're booked for a brow tint and brow wax; normally $43.50 you will be charged $21.75.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, it will be taken off of your service time (if the provider can still or has time to provide the scheduled service) and you will be charged the full amount regardless of if the provider can or cannot provide the full time.
No Shows are not tolerated and will result in a 100% charge of your service/services booked.
